1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrustMePro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TrustMePro is a free-to-play football prediction game. Users predict the outcomes of Premier League and UEFA Champions League matches to earn Pro Points (PP) and compete on leaderboards.

⚽ TrustMePro is NOT a gambling or betting site. No real money is wagered. Pro Points have no monetary value.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

4. Account Registration

To use the Service you must create an account. You agree to:

›Provide accurate and complete information

›Keep your password secure and confidential

›Not share your account with others

›Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

›Be responsible for all activity under your account

5. Pro Points (PP)

Pro Points are earned by making correct predictions. You understand that:

›Pro Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash

›Pro Points are non-transferable between accounts

›We reserve the right to adjust points in the event of scoring errors

›Points may be reset at the start of each season

›Any attempt to manipulate the scoring system will result in account suspension

6. Pro Membership

TrustMePro offers an optional paid Pro membership which provides access to additional features. By subscribing you agree that:

›Payments are processed securely by Stripe

›Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

›You can cancel at any time via your profile settings

›Refunds are provided at our discretion in accordance with applicable law

›Pro features are subject to change with reasonable notice

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

›Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

›Attempt to manipulate predictions, scores, or leaderboards

›Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage

›Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service

›Harass, abuse, or harm other users

›Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

›Post or transmit any offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content

8. Intellectual Property

All content on TrustMePro, including but not limited to logos, design, text, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to TrustMePro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for the accuracy of match data provided by third-party sources.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrustMePro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via your profile settings. Upon termination, your Pro Points and prediction history will be permanently deleted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
